Summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Training Manager to join our care team permanently and full-time, based from our office in Coventry.
Millennium Staffing is a specialist provider of high-quality care services across the UK. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated person to work alongside our Registered Manager and provide high-quality training and support for our staff caring for the elderly and vulnerable.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required
Minimum of level 3 RQF / NVQ in Health and Social Care, including the safe administration of medication unit (or working towards attainment). Level 3 PTTLS Award in Education and Training. Train the Trainer, or Key Handler, in Moving and Handling.
Experience in delivering group training sessions, with good presentation and delivery skills. Experience in delivering mandatory training (full care certificate) courses including, Moving and Handling, Safeguarding, Dementia Awareness, First aid, and Medication Management.
Requirements:
To be able to plan, design, coordinate, and deliver companywide training programmes.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring participants are engaged and informed.
Maintain accurate records of training activities in HRIS systems.
Communicate regularly with management to report on training progress and outcomes.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft software packages, especially Excel spreadsheets.
To be able to communicate effectively and professionally.
The ability to work well on your own and as part of a team
To be a driver (with your transport and able to travel, as required)
