Summary
As part of a team supporting the Commando Force operational output, to provide administrative support to Support Squadron. Be the treasurer for the Garrison Amenities. Act as the Garrison Facilities Co-Ordinator and responsible for the stationery procurement focal point utilising management information systems such as CP&F, fulfilling the responsibilities below.
Responsibilities
The Garrison Facilities Coordinator responsibilities are:
Responsible for the administration of RMB Chivenor’s Two Short Term Family Amenities. Co-ordinating bookings, reporting defects and monitor inventories utilising the current management information systems.
To be the Fund Treasurer for RMB Chivenor Amenities which includes the PRI shop and Water Resource Centre, maintaining all financial records using the online Management Information System.
Scrutinise all paperwork relating to I.T. purchasing requests to ensure completion at relevant sections by Sqn OC’s / Budget Manager as required.
To be an EPC holder ensuring correct monthly compliance for all purchases, goods, and services.
To act as the Secretary for nominated Squadron management meetings, producing minutes and Record of Decisions.
To work collaboratively within the Support Squadron team providing cover in other AO roles during leave and planned absences.
Carry out any other task appropriate to the grade, level of training and / or experience.

Assist Support Squadron with all Contract, Purchasing and Finance (CP&F).Training will be provided.
Assist with all Low Value Purchase (LVP) requests. Training will be provided.
