An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Marketing Department based at our offices in Lincoln. We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Co-ordinator who enjoys a varied role and working as part of a wider team.

Our Marketing activities include a range of tasks to support our divisions, whose aim it is to win work either with existing or new customers. We work for a wide range of clients across multiple sectors, from local businesses, local authorities, other public sector organisations through to multi-national manufacturers, food producers and developers.

Depending on the priorities of the business at the time, the role will be varied and will include helping colleagues to organise client events on our sites, assisting with press articles, writing case studies and producing other marketing material.

A large part of the role will involve collaborating with our project teams to plan and write bespoke responses and marketing documents for use in quality questions posed to us by prospective clients ( Bids and Tenders )

Our other services within Lindum Group include recycling, security, roofing, new homes, joinery, excavations, vehicle maintenance services which means you will also help to produce marketing material for these teams too, when required.

What we’re looking for

The successful candidate will:

Preferably, have previous experience in a similar role.
Preferably, have experience of working in the construction sector.
Enjoy writing and winning work!
Enjoy producing marketing material.
Be a ‘team player’ and work well with colleagues and bring ideas.
Have good attention to detail, be organised, able to prioritise and to meet deadlines.
Have strong interpersonal skills.
Be able to use their own initiative.
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, PowerPoint and Excel) and Adobe InDesign software although training can be provided.
Have a full driving licence.

Based at our Lindum Business Park in North Hykeham, Lincoln.
This is full-time position, however alternative hours will be considered for the right candidate. Please specify on your application.
Profit related pay scheme (10% of profits divided equally between all employees).
