Summary

Building Control Inspector needed in North London Paying £43.71 per hr Ref 1400034

Full time time on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct plan checking and site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations.

  • Provide professional advice on building control matters.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and standards.

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate compliance.

  • Use own transport for site inspections within Haringey.

  Requirements:

  • Ideally building control experience.

  • Achieved or working towards BSR registration (Class 3).

  • Ability to carry out a full range of duties, including plan checking and site inspections.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
