Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, Term Time Only
Hours: 8:30am - 3:45pm
Long Term Futures are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Teaching Assistant at a welcoming mainstream primary school in B6. The successful candidate will work in the Early Years. This role includes providing both academic and personal support, making a significant difference in the lives of young learners.
- Plan and deliver engaging learning activities, adapting them to meet the individual needs of each pupil.
- Implement targeted interventions for groups of learners, such as phonics and reading.
- Build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents, contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or a degree.
- Previous experience working with children, preferably within a school setting.
- Experience supporting students with special educational needs.
- A commitment to providing high-quality support and care
