Full time time on a temporary basis

Role Purpose: Provide expert legal advice and representation on employment law matters to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide employment law advice and litigation assistance to various entities, including schools and the Children's Trust.
- Undertake all aspects of employment litigation, including advocacy work, drafting responses, settlement agreements, and liaising with the ET, ACAS, and private practice solicitors.
- Advise senior officers, members, and committees on all aspects of employment law, policies, and procedures, including discrimination, equality duties, whistleblowing, and TUPE.
- Clerk employee appeals and advise on grievance and disciplinary hearings.
- Advise HR on policies and procedures.

- Civil litigation
