About you

As Finance Assistant, you will ensure the delivery and continued development of consistently high quality, cost-effective and
responsive services, grounded in Pact’s charitable mission, vision and values.

You will be responsible for Pact’s purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit card management and maintaining the staff expenses app
“WebExpenses”.

As Finance Officer, you will ensure the delivery and continued development of high quality, cost-effective and responsive
services, grounded in Pact’s charitable mission, vision and values.

The Finance Officer will assist with maintaining Pact’s finances and developing Pact’s financial systems. The post holder will
work closely with Pact’s budget holders as well as external stakeholders including customers, suppliers and banks.

You will contribute to the aim of the Finance Team to provide a 5-star service.
