Summary
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to develop defence-wide strategic approaches to ensure compliance with policy.
Lead on translating the outputs from the in-house horizon scanning methodology and assess the impact this may have on the relevant workstreams outputs and on the prioritised view within DASI.
Confidently be able to translate complex information for wide audiences using appropriate communication methods.
Prepare supporting slide packs, papers, or other, to inform stakeholders of progress, challenges/blockers, time schedules, milestones on behalf workstream lead.
Lead tiger teams (e.g. Biodiversity Net Gain and Nature Recovery Planning) aligned with DASI prioritised view to ensure delivery against planned outputs.
Managing and tracking benefits and KPI’s through to realisation.
Use various communication methods and have the ability to tailor the communication to audiences of varied levels of seniority and understanding of the subject matter.
Build effective relationships to enable collaboration with key stakeholders (both internal and external) without having formal leadership authority.
Work with and support internal and external colleagues and manage taskings linked directly to focused area of responsibility.
Translate information and requirements from across the business into Business outputs where appropriate.
Line Management:
Whilst there are no current line management responsibilities required in the immediate this may change across the next financial year.
