Summary
The Governors wish to appoint an experienced and highly motivated School Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team at Tividale Hall. Our vision is to make our school a centre of excellence and to create a learning culture that allows both staff and pupils to grow together to be the best that they can be. Following our last Ofsted (February 2020), we are in a strong position to continue to move towards our goal.

The hours for the role are to work Monday to Friday are 8.00am – 4.00pm, and you will be reporting into the School Business Manager and Headteacher.
The role will include welcoming visitors and parents into school, dealing with enquiries, maintaining the school management information systems, inputting documents together with reception duties on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate needs to be able to prioritise workloads, maintain pupil data accurately and have good attention to detail. You will be undertaking general day to day operations within the school office, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, deliveries and monitoring stock, handling phone calls and emails, maintaining pupil records, working on various school databases such as SCOMIS, FMS, ARBOR and School Comms.
We will be looking for excellent communication, IT and organisational skills, a discrete, flexible and professional attitude and the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions.
It is a busy environment and the successful candidate will need to be able to use their initiative. Ideally, we would welcome applications from those with existing school experience.
You are required to work Term time only plus 5 days.
