Job Description:An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Fabric joiner to join a well-established company, working within the Building Fabric Maintenance team across a varied site, completing reactive works for tenants.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out joinery and allied trades work in connection with the maintenance and minor alterations required on site.
- Undertake preventative works
- Tasks such as boarding up smashed windows, repairing damaged furniture/ kitchen amendments.
What you'll need to succeed:NVQ level 2 diploma or equivalent in Carpentry / Joinery site work & bench work & equivalent practical experienceEducation to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths & EnglishExperience of working in multi-skilled teams
Work in a wide range of maintenance disciplines with a bias in carpentry.
