Conduct assessments to identify family needs and strengths.
Develop individualized action plans to support families effectively.
Facilitate family meetings to encourage communication and collaboration.
Coordinate with social services, schools, and community organizations.
Deliver parenting education and skill-building workshops.
Monitor progress and adjust support plans as necessary.
Document and maintain accurate records of family interactions and outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
Proven experience in family support or social services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse family backgrounds.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel for home visits as needed.
Hours Per Week: 22.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £15.84
