• ideally have experience of, or the passion for teaching in Upper KS2
• have a well organised and systematic approach to learning
• have high expectations of learning, achievement and behaviour for all children
• plan exciting lessons around the full National Curriculum, ensuring all children make progress
• have experience of leading a subject
• have a positive attitude and a strong team ethos
