We are seeking enthusiastic and motivatedBand 4 Associate Practitionersto join our established and growing team in the Blood Sciences Laboratory. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and expanding service, contributing to vital diagnostic work and patient care.

This is apart-time position (22.5 hours per week), with participation in a24/7 rotarequired to meet the needs of the service.

About the Role:
As an Associate Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our registered Biomedical Scientists in delivering high-quality laboratory services. Key responsibilities include:
• Participating in laboratory testing procedures acrossHaematology,Biochemistry,Point of Care Testing,Rapid COVID-19 Testing, andBlood Transfusion.
• Providing technical support to scientific staff within the Blood Sciences Department.
• Working collaboratively to ensure efficient and accurate processing of samples.
