Summary

We are seeking to fill a key post in the Kingston Care Lifeline Service- part of the Independent Living service in Hull installing lifeline units and assistive technologies in peoples homes and linking through to our alarm receiving call centre providing an efficient and professional response to the needs of users of the system is provided. The role includes:

The completion of a referral and the installation of lifeline and assistive technologies for vulnerable people in need of the service throughout Hull.


Taking confidential information handling bank details and payments.


Maintaining accurate records and information to be input onto databases including the PNC call centre and adult social care and housing systems .


To provide visits within the customers home, to monitor and maintain all lifeline and assistive tech equipment. To check on customers well being and liaise and refer to other agencies if and when necessary.


To maintain and control all in coming and out going stock.


Check and monitor lifeline accounts which have fallen into arrears.


You should have good verbal and written communication skills, excellent handwriting experience of working with the public, the ability to work on your own initiative, be able to prioritise your work load while being flexible to meet the needs of the service.


Possession of a full driving licence is essential as you are required to drive a council vehicle
