Summary
Would you like the opportunity to work amongst the beautiful surroundings of the Chatsworth estate? If you’re a professional Fitness instructor looking for casual work around your other commitments we have just the opportunity for you based within the private Chatsworth Health Club.
Chatsworth Health Club has a small but well equipped gym, sauna facilities, 15m x 8m swimming pool and tennis court. You will work mainly in the gym providing inductions and training whilst paying attention to swimmers in the pool via CCTV and assisting on poolside and with pool maintenance when required.
You must have the ability to provide excellent customer service, whilst actively giving professional advice, guidance and encouragement to all members of the gymnasium, swimming pool and tennis club. Have excellent communications skills and be able to work both alone and integrate within a small team.
Ideally, you will have a level 3 advanced fitness instructor certificate or a recognised leisure management qualification with relevant experience working in a gymnasium & swimming pool. A current lifeguard qualification (NPLQ/ RLSS) and first aid at work certificate are desirable.
This is a casual role which means you will be required on an ad hoc basis between the hours of 6.45am and 9.15pm Monday to Friday and weekends 7.45am to 1.45pm. Due to the casual nature of work offered, flexibility is essential.
