The Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist/Hair Colourist to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity, a strong understanding of current trends, and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of hair services, including cutting, styling, and colouring, tailored to individual client needs.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend styles or treatments.
- Apply advanced colouring techniques such as balayage, ombré, highlights, and corrective colouring.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve skills through training.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation.
- Promote salon services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
About You:
- NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent) Required
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Hair Colourist, with a portfolio of work.
- Strong knowledge of hair colour theory and techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Passion for the hair industry and a desire to grow within your role.
