Additionally, the Sports Facility Assistant will support administrative tasks, such as tracking inventory and assisting in scheduling events. Responsibilities
Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the sports facility.
Set up and break down sporting events and activities as required.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of all facility areas including locker rooms, courts, and fields.
Manage and maintain inventory of sports equipment and supplies.
Provide excellent customer service to patrons, answering questions and addressing concerns.
Assist in the scheduling of events and activities within the facility.
Support management with administrative tasks as needed, including reporting and data entry.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Previous experience in facility maintenance or sports management is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic knowledge of sports and facility operations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as necessary.
Hours Per Week: 15.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £14.99
