Summary

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE HANDLER
CREWE
£25K

This role is ideal for anyone who is available for an immediate start and lives locally to Crewe, as the business hits peak - Black Friday/Christmas, you will be hitting the ground running so you will need to be:

• Very confident
• Excellent on the phone
• Competent with building rapport with customers and negotiating (sales background is ideal)
• Extremely good with diplomacy and keeping customers happy

You will be joining an established and progressive ecommerce business in an exceptionally fast moving e-commerce SME in the refurbished tech industry.
This is a full time permanent role.
