- Provide social, emotional, and behavioural support to pupils.
- Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the well-being of children.
- Develop and implement pastoral strategies to enhance engagement and achievement.
- Act as a key point of contact for safeguarding and well-being concerns.
- Experience working with children, preferably in a pastoral or support role.
- A deep understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, proactive, and solution-focused approach.
- A commitment to promoting inclusivity and well-being.
- Be part of a warm and welcoming school community.
- Ongoing professional development and support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
