Summary
We are looking for a Healthcare Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You will be working 38.5 hours per week, between 7:30am to 8:00pm and 7:30pm to 8:00am (Week 1: Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun / Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri) at Cygnet Hospital Ealing, on Sunrise Ward.
Sunrise Ward at Cygnet Hospital Ealing provides a highly specialised eating disorder service for women, including those with extremely low BMIs. We focus on supporting individuals to attain a healthy BMI and prepare for a return to home.

Your day-to-day…
- Assist the patient to meet his or her needs in respect of activities of daily living
- Cooperate with other members of the nursing team in ensuring a safe environment is maintained for the patients
- Cooperate with other members of the nursing team to ensure the ward meets any therapeutic needs of the patient, which are conducive to recovery
- At all times ensure that the patient's rights and dignity are maintained.
- Undertake duties, within capabilities, that contribute to the care of the patients under the direction of a trained nurse
- Report to qualified staff any change in patients' conditions of which you are aware
- Pass on to qualified staff any information or concerns brought to your attention
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
