Summary

As the Head of Engagement, Culture and Wellbeing, reporting to the CPO, you will use your knowledge of external best practice to drive engagement, wellbeing and retention across Elysium to strive towards becoming the ‘Employer of Choice’ within our sector.
You will be accountable for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that aim to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing across Elysium sites, and design and lead on initiatives to build strong, positive relationships with employees and drive an inclusive culture.
Analysing information from DEI, Wellbeing, Culture Assurance visits and the engagement survey is an integral part of the role, which will allow you to determine connecting themes and drive actions from these insights, while aligning engagement and wellbeing initiatives with the overall Elysium organisational strategy and values.
What else you will be doing:
- Align engagement and wellbeing initiatives with the overall Elysium organisational strategy and values.
- Lead on comprehensive communication plan to ensure best practices are shared, awareness of wellbeing offer is raised and ‘you said, we did’ communications to share key changes.
- Lead on the design and implementation of Listening Strategies to ensure employees have the means to give feedback and themes, trends are reported locally and up to Executive level.
- Ownership for the end-to-end listening processes, such as our annual Staff Survey ensuring smooth running of the processes, action planning and themes discussed with Executive Management Board. Drive an improvement in quality of action planning (including taking action) across Elysium.
- Work closely with the Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to ensure wellbeing strategies support inclusive culture and interventions are planned where there is a risk of closed cultures.
- Line manage and develop a small team including Wellbeing Manager and Wellbeing Administrator, which may expand over time.
