Summary
To use specialist knowledge across the medical education curricula, to support Higher Speciality Trainees and relevant teaching programmes which meet contractual and quality requirements and support the wellbeing and pastoral challenges of Doctors in Training. To respond to the annual medical education governance calendar, whilst running reports and data linked to doctor satisfaction/feedback, as well as monitoring progress and action plans and assisting with monitoring RAG reports. Cover the geographical area overseen by the Medical Education Department that is, County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust and to develop appropriate links working in partnership with NHS England, Lead Employer Trust, Tees and Esk Wear Valley NHS Trust and local general practitioners.
