Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

30 Hours per week - Monday to Friday - 52 weeks a year

Expected start date 6th January 2025

We are looking to appoint a well organised and detail-orientated HRand Payroll Administrator to join our team.

In the role you will support our current HR and Payroll team with a variety of processes, including onboarding, pre-employment checks, training requests, expenses and overtime checks and other administrative tasks as needed.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of using a wide range of office equipment and information systems in an administrative environment. Excellent written andverbal communication skills and a good level of IT skills.

Wave is dedicated to the safeguarding of children and Safer Recruitment Procedures will be followed. This position requires a satisfactory enhanced DBS check and an online check.

Wave are an established and successful Multi Academy Trust, comprising of Alternative Provision Academies (APAs), Medical Academies (including Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust’s child and adolescent mental health unit ‘Sowenna’) and a Special Academy.

We provide education for vulnerable pupils aged 4 – 19 across Devon and Cornwall.
