A Clinical Lead Deputy Care Home Manager is required to join an award winning care organisation in one of their homes in the Enfield area. This home specialises in nursing, elderly and dementia care.
My client is looking for an experienced RGN/RMN with solid care experience delivering care to people with Dementia / Alzheimer's to join their team. Experienced staff nurses wishing to make a step up in their career into a clinical lead role will also be considered. The role of clinical lead is a senior nurse role and it will involve team management, advising on high level clinical care delivery.
As Clinical Lead will manage a team of nurses and oversee all aspects of the clinical running of the home. The Clinical Lead Deputy Care Home Manager will ensure all nurses deliver the best person centre care to the service users and all clinical aspects of the home are run correctly. As Clinical Lead Deputy Care Home Manager you will be involved in on going care planning, client assessment and you will produce overview documentation. Clinical Lead Deputy Care Home Manager candidates are required to have a good nursing background and have excellent communication skills.
Key requirements for the Clinical Lead Deputy Care Home Manager role:
• RGN/RMN/RNLD Qualified
• Strong background in nursing
• Strong dementia care experience
• Strong clinical experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic attitude towards the clinical lead role
