Summary
The job plan is based upon 10 PA with potential to review and increase upon appointment. The post will includes: - Twice weekly full day Elective Hand surgery theatre lists (5DCC) - Twice weekly Elective Hand surgery clinics (2DCC) - 1.5 SPA and 1 admin session are provided with possibility to increase the SPAs dependent on additional roles undertaken - 0.5 DCC are expected to be made up by working evening or weekend sessions on an adhoc basis to make the post up to 10PA per week over the year. Consultants within the Trust are expected to complete job plan diaries when required to ensure appropriate remuneration. Newly appointed consultant will be part of a structured 12-month mentorship programme led by a senior clinical consultant within the Hands team
