Job Purpose
Responsible for the Accurate Recording Of Stock Location, Quantity, Value And Condition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*Booking in good received using company software
*Respond to stock enquiries from the sales team
*Log orders and confirm timescales
*Book stock out to relevant jobs prioritizing due dates
*Allocate serial numbers and producing labels
*Arrange transport
*Identify and investigate trends in stock adjustments
*Investigate stock discrepancies
*Record van stock levels
*Stock level monitoring, identifying when purchase orders need to be raised
*Chase suppliers to make sure delivery due dates are not missed
*Recording of stock location, quantity, value and condition
Knowledge / Experience
*Experience with word / excel
*Good computer skills including software
*Good numeracy skills
Skills / Competencies
*Good communicator
*Confident and professional
*Able to multi task
*Manage time effectively
*Good attention to detail and accuracy
