Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Building Services Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, contributing to the design and maintenance of building systems that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate building services into overall building design.
  • Prepare detailed specifications, and drawings for building services projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to engineers and technicians.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in building services engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution.
  • General understanding of fire stopping requirements associated with building services.
  • Knowledge in CAD software and other engineering design tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Commitment to sustainable and energy-efficient building practices.
