Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Administrator to play an important role within the technical team.

As a vital member of the Technical team, you will assist the Technical Manager in a variety of technical activities. Your role is a vital cog within the organisation and it is essential that you have strong IT skills and the ability to communicate in both a friendly and positive manner.

Your responsibilities will include the completion of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring all finished products are microbiologically tested and the team trackers are maintained and up to date. You will be responsible for managing and communicating Non-Conformances identified during site audits and where required from 3rd party audits. Additionally, you will be completed on site taste panel to ensure products made are in line with customer quality standards and where required perform GMP, Fabrication and Hygiene audits.

To be successful in this role, it is essential to have a thorough understanding of quality systems, enabling you to provide the technical support necessary to ensure that food safety, quality, legislative standards, and customer requirements are consistently met.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to broaden their understanding of technical and customer needs. Proficiency in practical IT skills will be advantageous, as the role will involve utilizing and developing internal systems as well as customer systems, which are typically web-based. Strong communication abilities and the capacity to work effectively within the factory environment are also crucial.
