Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Shop Assistant at our Vape shop. The Shop Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on our products and services
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock merchandise and maintain inventory levels
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Assist with merchandising and display set-up
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of vaping products and industry trends is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
