Summary
What will the successful candidate be doing?
To be accountable to the Project Performance Manager for the delivery of the FMSP Asset Management function, Minor Project Delivery and Performance function.
To support the Project Performance Manager in the development of minor and non-complex projects to include but not limited to: Project Initiation Documentation, Business Case Compilation, Scoping, Site Visits, Review of Tender Documentation, Hand Over and Asset Registration activities.
In direct support of the Project Performance Manager, provide the discrete Intelligent Customer (IC) role for the Estates Intelligent Customer function with Babcock and Interserve principally executed through the Future Maritime Support programme (FMSP) contract. Ensure Management Information (MI), Reports and contract deliverables are met in accordance with the FMSP Statement of Technical Requirement (SOTR), associated SOTR Annexes and contract schedules, engaging the Nuclear Design & Maintenance (NDM) group where deliverables impact NDM managed assets.
Work with the Project Performance Manager, to enable the Deputy Estate Manager (NB Estate) to create a “one team” approach to FMSP contract management.
Under the direction of the Project Performance Manager, work with the IP to ensure expected contract performance and value for money in the delivery of the contract.
Develop, manage and maintain the project data area to ensure the Deputy Estates Manager (NB Estate) and Estates Manager 1 have a true reflection of project delivery performance against the estate and associated KPIs.
