Summary

Main duties for this role include; - Provide comprehensive administrative support, including arranging meetings, preparing notes and minutes, managing virtual and physical meeting logistics, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. - Coordinate document management, distributing agendas, reports, and action trackers, and maintaining accurate records within secure filing systems. - Support project management by tracking progress, identifying issues, and collating performance data for reporting purposes. - Manage team coordination, handling diary scheduling for key staff, acting as a central communication point, and liaising effectively with stakeholders across different levels. - Assist in producing and maintaining reports for the Digital Measures, Information Governance, and other performance areas, supporting compliance with government initiatives. - Manage budget tracking, process invoices, and maintain office equipment, supplies, and IT resources to support team operations. - Ensure adherence to GDPR and data security policies, and uphold compliance with organisational and information governance standards. - Support project planning by updating workstream plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and assisting in performance reviews and internal audits.
