Job Description
Production Technician – Stafford
We’re seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our client at their Stafford facility. In this role, you’ll ensure repair KPIs are met by diagnosing, repairing, and analyzing protection relays and optical CTs.You will also investigate production/PCB failures toprovide insights to improve product reliability and first-pass rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test and repair products to component level using circuit diagrams.
- Perform wiring, assembly, and soldering to IPC610 standards.
- Use diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, power supplies, optical meters).
- Analyze failure trends to improve product reliability.
Requirements:
- HNC or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of PCB fault-finding and relay hardware.
- Familiarity with SAP systems.
- Strong interpersonal, detail-oriented, and self-motivated skills.
