Summary
We are looking for a Domestic Appliance Service Engineer working out of Caerphilly covering Cardiff, Newport, Bridgend and Swansea areas.
Domestic Appliance Service Engineer is a mobile role, visiting customers residential properties to service and repair white goods for various major brands.
This role comes with a company vehicle, company mobile, fuel card, career progression opportunities working days Monday - Friday with overtime available.
Domestic Appliance Service Engineer Benefits:

Domestic Appliance Service Engineer responsibilities will include:
- This is a mobile role which involves travelling around Cardiff, Newport, Bridgend and Swansea areas, visiting customers' homes to offer servicing and repairs on white goods.
- Working on Smeg, Beko, Liebherr, Bush and other major brands.
- Working in the field attending call outs to domestic clients diagnosing and fixing faults.
- Liaising with your branch (in Caerphilly) to order parts and items that are required to fix faults you have diagnosed.
- Demonstrate working knowledge as a mobile service engineer with the ability to work independently.
- Must show excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Provide outstanding customer service skills with the ability to translate technical information to customers.
Domestic Appliance Service Engineer requirements:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience working field based and repairing white goods.
- Qualified Appliance Service Engineer.
