As part of a small, dynamic team, you will play a central role in delivering a truly unique and tailored experience for every guest. About the Role:

As House Co-ordinator you will with your colleagues oversee the daily operations of this luxurious property, with a particular focus on food and beverage, guest service and delivering something special. You’ll work closely with a talented team to create bespoke experiences, manage service standards, and ensure everything is perfectly executed. Whether it’s curating a private dinner, managing a special event, or ensuring the highest levels of guest service, your role will be central to delivering a refined and memorable stay for each guest.

Your expertise in food and beverage will be useful, your sunny disposition shine through as you manage everything from seasonal menus and wine pairings to intimate dining experiences. You’ll be hands-on, overseeing service, coordinating with the kitchen, and making sure that every guest request is met with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standard of service at all times.
Work closely with the operations team to develop seasonal menus, bespoke dining experiences, and special event offerings.
Ensure that every experience is personalised and tailored to the guests’ preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the property, maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.
Manage stock control, supplier relationships, and budgets, ensuring quality service while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with the utmost professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a food and beverage management role, ideally in a luxury, boutique, or fine dining or exclusive use setting.
A sunny disposition
A passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire a small, dedicated team.
Experience working closely with kitchen teams to deliver high-end, bespoke menus and unique dining experiences.
Experience of working with high net worth private clients
Knowledge of wine, beverages, and menu pairing with a focus on quality and presentation.
Outstanding organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
A friendly and professional demeanor, with a focus on building rapport and anticipating guest needs.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during peak times to ensure the highest level of service.
