Summary
School Office Administrator - 10 to 25 hours per week, 09.30 to 14:30/15:00, Monday to Friday(30 minutes unpaid break if until 15:00)Full Time Equivalent Salary £26,777.00 FTE (Will be Pro-rated pending hours and days worked e.g. Actual Salary for 25 hours is £15,998 / for 15 hours is £9,599)The Marist Catholic Primary School is looking for an experienced, proactive and friendly administrator to join the busy school office team to cover a period of maternity leave until the latter part of this academic year. The successful candidate will be motivated, hardworking, well presented and will show initiative working as part of our front office team. You will have the skills and experience to provide a wide range of administration duties for the school. The front office is a busy and varied working environment, ideal for someone who is friendly and welcoming and has the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will have the skills to interact well with children and be committed to their wellbeing.You will be confident with the use of Microsoft Office and IT and be able to remain professional when handling confidential material. You will also have excellent communication skills and ideally have experience of working in a busy school office, along with first aid and safeguarding experience. Experience of Arbor, School Admissions, CPOMS and Tucasi SCOPAY is also an advantage.You will also be responsible for promoting a professional and friendly point of contact for parents, carers and visitors, ensuring that all queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
