Preceptorships aim is to provide support and structure in during a career transition, such as student to newly qualified to help build confidence. Where appropriate you will receive higher levels of supervision for Newly Qualified Therapists to support the completion of your Occupational Therapy NQP Competencies Framework. Training and career development is well supported within Oxleas with the opportunity to attend both internal and external training.
