Preceptorships aim is to provide support and structure in during a career transition, such as student to newly qualified to help build confidence. You will be part of a wider AHP community, not only within Oxleas but with our National Preceptorship Partners across the country. Where appropriate you will receive higher levels of supervision for Newly Qualified Therapists to support the completion of your Occupational Therapy NQP Competencies Framework. Training and career development is well supported within Oxleas with the opportunity to attend both internal and external training.
