For the successful Assembly Operative our client is offering:
• Pay Rate: £12.41 per hour
• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 6am - 6pm
• Temp to Perm
• Every weekend off
• Work in a family run expanding business
• Plenty of overtime opportunities available

The Role - Assembly Operative
• Responsible for all aspects of trailer manufacturing
• Working in a production environment using hand and power tool
• Building trailers on the assembly line according to drawings, instructions, or schematics.
• Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects
• Stopping the assembly line and halting production if machinery fails or a major defect is detected
• Following established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.
What we are looking for in a Assembly Operative :
• Previous experience of working in a production environment using hand and power tools - ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, target driven environment - ESSENTIAL
• Physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks
• The ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to work well as part of a team.
