Position: Estate Agent / Lettings Negotiator

Location: Onsite in Preston

Starting Date: ASAP

Salary: £30,000 basic per annum / OTE £55,000+

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday and one every other Saturday.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Property Valuer to join the team. This role involves delivering exceptional service to clients, building strong relationships with vendors, and achieving targets in property valuations and instructions.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Focus on generating new and repeat business.
- Gain new instructions for properties to market.
- Prepare property brochures, including photography and written descriptions.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and act as a standard-setter for the team.
- Drive market share growth and support business development initiatives.
- Conduct quality property valuations and secure instructions for sale.
- Collaborate with senior management on high-profile instructions and clients.

Essential Skills:

- Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicle).
- Proven experience in real estate or estate agency, with a readiness to advance in your career.
- Strong team player with a collaborative spirit and a positive attitude.
- Ability to support management and help lead the team.
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Self-motivated with excellent initiative.
- Strong IT skills (including Microsoft Office).
- Attention to detail and a professional demeanour.
