We are seeking a motivated and adaptable professional to enhance communication and engagement across our schools. In this key role, you’ll support our schools with strategic marketing initiatives, boost pupil recruitment, and promote our teacher training programs, all while ensuring the Trust’s achievements are celebrated.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies, managing internal and external communications, and collaborating closely with the central team to maintain a positive public image. As the primary point of contact for marketing and communications, strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential. With a background in marketing or communications, you’ll have a proven track record of delivering impactful communication and support. Experience within an educational setting is beneficial but not required.
