At West Ridings, Residents lead active, happy and fulfilled lives. We encourage everyone to join our thriving activities programme and socialise in our lovely communal areas, inside and out. There’s always plenty of opportunity to enjoy life, make new friends and create new memories.
The night shift is: 20:00 - 08:00
Your Responsibilities...
Working with Residents’ and families to deliver high level person-centered care.
Being a key worker/Manager to the Care staff on shift, whilst providing the highest standard of hands-on care
Liaising with other health professionals and relatives to achieve the best outcome for each Resident.
Maintaining a safe environment for staff, Residents, and visitors according to Health and Safety and CQC requirements whilst always maintaining thorough and up to date records on each Resident.
