Contract type: Permanent, Full Time 35 hours per week
Location: West Ham Lane, Stratford, London (E15 4PH)
Persona: Agile (1 – 2 days per week in the office, 3-4 days per week from home)
Salary: £45,762 - £51,500 pa Depending on Experience + £1,300 pa Essential Car User Allowance

L&Q are looking for a Delivery Programme Lead with experience in the project management of Major Works Planned Maintenance Programmes. This key role reports to the Partnership Manager and will be part of our East Region delivery team, covering properties in East London and Essex.
The role involves the day-to-day management of large scale Planned Works programmes via Delivery Partner contractors. Works may include Internal programmes of Kitchen and Bathroom upgrades, External programmes of window & door replacements, roofing, fabric repairs and Cyclical Decorations, M&E upgrading programmes and energy efficiency retrofit works etc.
To be successful in the role you will need to be a team player but willing and able to take ownership of your designated workstreams with the ability to identify and work pro-actively to remove blockages to Programme delivery.
You will need to demonstrate the following experience and attributes:
-Experience of managing Delivery Partner contractors to deliver project workstreams within the agreed Budget and planned Timescales.
-Relevant technical experience in planned maintenance and property upgrading works.
-Knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM Regulations. Being vigilant on site and willing to challenge any shortfalls.
-Ability to agree quality benchmarks, monitor quality of works on site to ensure the required standards are achieved and to sign off on completion.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a partnering environment.
-Effective communication and influencing skills at all levels with all stakeholders.
-Strong customer service experience in dealing directly with Residents with empathy and pro-actively resolving any issues. Ability to liaise effectively and work collaboratively with our Customer Service team.
-Strong organisational, time management and prioritising abilities.
-Good project administration, monitoring, tracking and report writing skills.
-Good IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook.
