Hours: 45 hours per week, starting at 6:00 AM
Pay: £11.70 per hour (with overtime at £17.55 per hour for hours over 39 per week)
About the Role:
Join the Greggs Factory team in Penrith, where you’ll be supporting in the preparation and baking of delicious desserts, biscuits, cookies, and shortbread. No previous experience is required – we’re looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals ready to learn!
Key Details:
Shift: 6 AM start, 45 hours per week
Overtime Pay: Earn £17.55 per hour for any hours worked over 39 each week
Duration: This is a temporary position with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. For temp contracts, the position runs through December, possibly extending into January.
Training: You’ll complete a Food Hygiene induction at our Carlisle office before starting, gaining a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate.
