Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Ward Manager at our Highfield House care home located in Purley, Croydon. As a Ward Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of nursing services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. This includes overseeing nursing staff, managing patient admissions and discharges, implementing care plans, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families.
