Responsibilities:
- Assist the Telesales Manager
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Present and promote services over the phone
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer information
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficiency in using telemarketing software
- Experience in Sales or Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Full time position Based at Head Office in Preston - Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm and on Friday 9.00am to 2pm.
The ideal candidate will have a basic pay £350.00 per week basic plus additional pay for bonus and commission schemes with an OTE up to £900.00 per week.
