Job Title: Senior Care Assistant - Nights
Location: Lancaster
Salary: £13.20 per hour + £16.50 per hour for overtime
Schedule: 2-Week Rolling Rota
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

The Role:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Care Assistant to join our team and provide outstanding care and leadership during night shifts. This position requires a commitment to high standards, safety, and mentorship, acting as a guiding presence for care assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentor & Support: Guide and support care assistants in their roles, ensuring the highest standard of care.
Care Plans & Risk Assessments: Develop and regularly update individual care plans and perform risk assessments.
Professional Standards: Adhere to health and social care standards, promoting best practices across all aspects of care.
Safeguarding: Be vigilant in safeguarding protocols, ensuring the safety and dignity of all residents.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of care planning, risk assessment, and safeguarding procedures.
Compassionate, team-oriented, and reliable with a commitment to excellence in care.
1 year experience working in a care home setting
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
