The staff and Governing Board are seeking to appoint an organised, friendly and proactive administrator to join the caring and friendly staff at Bowlee Park Community School.

The successful candidate should have the ability to communicate at all levels and be able to work as part of a team.

The successful candidate will:

• greet pupils, parents, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• handle incoming calls and emails efficiently, directing queries appropriately
• support the administration team in coordinating school meetings, events and appointments
• be organised with great attention to detail
• have strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• be able to handle busy periods calmly and efficiently
• have vision, enthusiasm and a good sense of humour
• be a team player with a positive outlook
• be flexible, adaptable and driven by the needs of our children
