Supplier Health and Onboarding Manager
Bristol / Birmingham / London - Full Time
We are seeking an inspiring and results-driven Team Leader to manage and guide a dedicated supplier onboarding and compliance team. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and building strong relationships with our suppliers.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
-Lead, support, and develop the team, with a focus on overseeing supplier onboarding, supplier health compliance, risk audits, and day-to-day team operations ensuring high standards.
-Drive quality assurance and manage reporting on supplier onboarding, maintenance, and health workstreams
-Ensure the effective management of tickets and DSP reports, prioritising tasks to meet SLAs.
-Track and manage the NSR process, update related information, and conduct data gap analyses to develop corrective action plans. Collaborate with the MDM team to align processes and ensure third-party data feeds function correctly.
- Issue supplier health alerts advising colleagues of changes/risks.
-As the primary point of contact providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
-Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and service quality including SOPs, training materials, and workflows, conducting regular reviews of documentation.
What we are looking for?
To be successful, you will have proven experience in supplier management relationships including the onboarding and compliance with the supplier. You will also have a track record within a people leadership role with the ability to drive and motivate the team whilst focusing on results and data. You will also have:
-Experience in conducting supplier risk assessments
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and P2P systems.
- MCIPS qualification would be an asset
-A Financial/Procurement background would be a big advantage due to the nature of the role.
