About the Role: As a Production Operator, you'll help deliver high-quality, printed photographs to customers on time. You'll operate and monitor cutting-edge photo printers, ensuring every image meets Harrier's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Printer Operation & Maintenance: Run, monitor, and troubleshoot state-of-the-art photo printers.
- Quality Control: Verify image sharpness, color accuracy, and overall print quality.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack orders accurately, attach correct labels, and ensure timely dispatch.
- Material Handling: Transfer photograph reels between machines, requiring physical strength and hand-eye coordination.
What You Bring:
- Passion for Photography: Interest in digital printing and image production.
- Team Player Mindset: Work both independently and collaboratively with others.
- Attention to Detail: Carefully follow procedures and maintain quality control.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials.
Hours: Work a 12-hour shift schedule, alternating weekly between:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
