Summary
1. To deal with queries and enquiries via telephone, email or face to face from all levels of staff, professional bodies, stakeholders and service providers associated to the Trust in a timely manner.2. Attend mandatory, in-service and staff development training, including RIS training.3. To liaise directly with clinical and medical staff both within and outside of the department relaying information accurately and promptly.4. To attend and participate in clerical, departmental meetings, appraisals and mandatory training sessions.5. To work flexibly as the needs of the DAC Programme Office dictates.
