What are we looking for?

As a Tracking Officer you will be responsible for the tracking of participants toward the end of their customer journey with us, to support in the achievement of sustained job and learning outcomes. Tracking Officers will be an essential part of our drive to support our customers, working remotely and flexibly during late afternoon/early evening and Saturday daytime to ensure customers can be reached, so they move into their next step within their journey. This role will work within the KPIs and guidelines in accordance with our contract, to ensure success.

The Tracking Officer will be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, using our CRM system to record information, and work effectively to obtain team and personal KPIs around positive work and/or learning outcomes. They will use their exceptional customer service and organisational skills to ensure that all customers are given appropriate assistance in a timely manner
